2. Powder room ½ bath complete remodel $3995 (includes demolition, new commode, pedestal sink or vanity/granite top combo, new faucet, new mirror, new vanity light, new paint, etc.
3. Guest bath remodel $5995 (includes demolition, new cement backer board around tub, new shower valve, 12” porcelain tile on floor and around tub, new commode, new vanity/granite top combo, new faucet, new mirror, new paint. DOES NOT INCLUDE NEW TUB OR GLASS SLIDER DOOR
